COHORT COMPARATOR

CohortComparator is a SNP data analysis tool that can be used to identity candidate genes for recessive genotypes.

The current implementation of CohortComparator requires an installation of R 2.4.0. The program itself consists of R scripts and is thus platform independent. The software is distributed under the terms of GNU General Public License.
